Smoking at Windows

Smoking at the windows can be very dangerous and should be stopped as the falling ash leaves sparks that can harm the person standing in the window of a lower flat, also it could damage curtains or furniture or any clothes hanging outside, and become a potential fire hazard. Smokers should not throw cigarette butts outside - lit or otherwise for the same reason. Whether compound or someone's window-sill Littering is ugly and should be stopped at Individual Level.
