Fixed Parking is a pointer to a certain sense of safety and security.. Let us inculcate in our children a sense of 'Responsibility'.. encouraging them to Respect other people's property.. and maybe the Problem of Damaging Parked Cars gets solved in the Building Compound.. Be it sitting on Cars or Banging cycles to a stop against them or Balls hitting at play.. it is an expensive oversight.. one easily avoided at Personal level.. for just as a 'child' begs innocence.. damages invariably beg expenses.. and neither can be overlooked..
